I created Whisper to classify Bluetooth signal strength using machine learning. It was my first project into embedded systems, and was an effort to broaden my understanding of software engineering. I had never worked with C or embedded systems prior to this project, my experience was strictly in web development. I learned a lot about low-level programming, and how to work with hardware.
